Course Registration
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and access to training materials provided as part of attendance at a Ragged Edge Solutions – Pacific (RESPAC) course. In using this website and/or registering for a RESPAC course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- RESPAC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on this website.
- RESPAC reserves the right to amend the course price without notice.
- All prices are shown in Australian and/ or New Zealand Dollars as specified. Prices include any relevant Tax.
- Payment for Registration is due at the time of Registration and is payable by Invoice or Purchase Order.
- Registration is only complete once full payment has been received by RESPAC and entitles the registrant to a single person course participant place at the selected RESPAC course.
- Once a course has reached a capacity of paid registrants, registration will be closed, and any registrants who have registered but not paid (incomplete registrations) will be unable to complete registration for or attend that particular course.
- In the event of new places on the selected course becoming available (due to withdrawals or cancellations), RESPAC reserves the right to re-open registration for that course.
- Course inclusions and exclusions are detailed in the relevant sections, below.
Cancellation
- Cancellations are eligible for a refund as per the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests greater than 60 days before the course: Full refund.
- Cancellation requests 29 to 59 days before the course: 50% refund.
- Cancellation requests received 28 days or less before the course: No refund.
- Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested in writing along with details of the new attendee.
- Non-attendance: Failure to attend without prior notice is considered a cancellation within 28 days and no refund will be given.
- Course cancellation by RESPAC. In the unlikely event a course is cancelled, RESPAC will not be responsible for reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or associated costs with attending the course.
- Registrants will be notified of course cancellation as soon as possible prior to course commencement.
- If a course is cancelled, registrants can elect to transfer to another course at no charge, or receive a full refund.
Certification
- To be eligible for certification, the selected course must be completed by participants in full in one attendance. Partial attendance across multiple dates is not permitted.
- Course certification will be issued after completion of relevant online learning and validation requirements.
- Certificates of attendance will not be issued for participants who attend but do not complete all course requirements.
Austere Emergency Care – Residential Course Inclusions
- All Online and in person learning activities.
- Accommodation: Check in from the day before, with Check out being on the last day of the course.
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with some snacks for the duration of the course.
- Course hours are 0800 – 1700 daily. Please do not book return travel before 1800 on the last day of the course.
Austere Emergency Care – Non-Residential Course Inclusions
- All Online and in person learning activities.

Instructor Development Course Inclusions
- All Online and in person learning activities.

- Course hours are 0800 – 1630 daily. Please do not book return travel before 1800 on the last day of the course.
